Guide for organizers

How to Get R&D Access and Upload Data

Access to the TONRACE R&D data collection is granted individually, after a short agreement with our team. Here is exactly how it works.

← R&D
1

How do I request R&D access?

The organizer registration form has a consent checkbox for participating in R&D. Checking it records your consent, and the platform automatically notifies our support team that you want access. Nothing else is required from you at this step.

2

How is the participation format agreed?

After receiving your request, our team contacts you and agrees with you on the format of your participation in R&D.

3

How do I upload data?

Once participation is agreed, our team opens data-upload access on your organizer account. As soon as access is open, an add-data button appears on /rnd/events/list in place of the placeholder message.

What are the steps in the upload wizard?
From that button, a 3-step wizard walks you through the process:
1

Upload results

The platform automatically creates or finds the matching event.

2

Upload the GPX file

Upload the GPX track file for that activity (up to 20 MB). Without it, the result cannot be published.

3

Review and publish

Once published, the data is fully anonymized and added to the dataset used for AI analysis and training.

Is there another way to provide data?
You can also send us data by email at call@itkool2025.es — our team will upload it to the dataset on your behalf.

What format should the data be in?

Two results-file formats are supported, always accompanied by the activity's GPX track. See the full technical specification, including field descriptions and a worked example:
